General Description

The iML8686B is a 500V constant current regulator that can drive upto 100mA. Users may adjust the regulating

current from 5mA to 100mA through an external resistor. A linear type over temperature protection function

The junction tempareture of the chip is higher than 130°C. Multiple iML8686B chips can be connected in parallel toprovide higher driving current capability.

The device is available in the SOT-89-3L package. The system has simple peripherals, flexible application, high

reliability, small volume, and low system BOM cost, which can be applied to all kinds of LED lamps.
